Sign-In Methods

CloudRadio supports three ways to sign in:

• Magic link (recommended): enter your email address and receive a one-time login link. No password to remember.
• Password: enter your email and password. You can switch to this mode from the login page by clicking Sign in using password.
• Google: click Sign in with Google to use your Google account.

Magic links are the default and recommended sign-in method. They are more secure than passwords because there is nothing to leak or reuse across services.

Setting a Password

Passwords are optional. If you prefer password-based login, you can create one from Account Settings:

1. Sign in using a magic link or Google
2. Go to Account Settings (click your avatar, then Settings)
3. Under Password, enter a new password and confirm it
4. Click Save Password

Password requirements:

• Minimum 12 characters, maximum 72
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one digit or special character

Changing your password signs you out of all other sessions for security.

Connecting Google Sign-In

You can link your Google account for faster access:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Under Connected Accounts, click Link next to Google
3. Authorize access through Google’s consent screen

To remove Google sign-in, click Unlink in the same section. You can still sign in with magic links or a password after unlinking.

Changing Your Email Address

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Under Email Address, enter your new email
3. Click Change Email
4. A confirmation link is sent to the new address. Click it to complete the change.

Your old email stops working for sign-in once the change is confirmed.

Re-Authentication for Sensitive Changes

Changing your email, password, or connected accounts requires a recent sign-in (within the last 20 minutes). If your session is older, you are redirected to the login page to re-authenticate first. This protects your account if someone accesses your device while you are away.

Migrating from the console

If you had an account on the previous CloudRadio console, your old password no longer works. Use the magic link option for your first sign-in, then set a new password from Account Settings if you prefer password-based login.
