CloudRadio accepts two payment methods: credit cards via Stripe and PayPal.
Credit Cards (Stripe)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Stripe.
Credit card payments are automatic. When an invoice is generated, your card on file is charged without any action required from you.
Automatic charge schedule:

| 1st of the month | Invoice generated and card charged for previous month’s usage |
| 9th of the month | Second charge attempt if the first failed |
If both attempts fail, your account enters the late payment process and services may be suspended on the 10th of the month.
The minimum charge amount is $2.00 USD. Balances below this threshold are carried over to the next month.
PayPal
PayPal payments are manual only. You initiate each payment yourself from the billing page. No automatic charges are made through PayPal.
Use PayPal when you prefer not to keep a card on file, or as a one-time payment method.
Add or Update a Card
- Log in to your CloudRadio account
- Go to Billing from the user menu
- Click Update next to your payment method
- Enter your new card details
Your new card will be used for all future automatic charges.
Switch Between Methods
You can have both a card and PayPal on your account. Automatic monthly charges always use your card on file. PayPal is available for manual payments at any time.
Tip: To avoid service interruption, keep a valid credit card on file. PayPal-only accounts require manual payment before each billing deadline.
