Billing Cycle
Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s usage. For example, usage from January 1 to 31 is invoiced on February 1st.
If you have a credit card on file, payment is attempted automatically on the same day. See Payment Methods for details on automatic vs. manual payments.
View Your Invoices
- Log in to your CloudRadio account
- Go to Billing from the user menu
- Select the Invoices tab
Each invoice shows the billing period, line items per service, applicable taxes, and the total amount.
View Your Balance
Your current account balance appears at the top of the Billing page.
- Green: you have credit on your account
- Red: payment is due
Billing Address
Your billing address appears on every invoice and is used to calculate applicable taxes (GST, HST, QST for Canadian customers).
Update your billing address:
- Go to Billing from the user menu
- Click Edit next to your billing address
- Update your details and save
Note: Address changes take effect on the next invoice. The current month’s invoice retains the address that was on file when it was generated.
A complete billing address is required before you can place an order.
Make a Payment
If you have an outstanding balance, you can make a manual payment at any time:
- Go to Billing from the user menu
- Click Make a Payment
- Choose Stripe (card) or PayPal
- Enter the amount (minimum $2.00, maximum $2,000.00)
Payments are applied to your balance immediately.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 30 days of service commencement.
- Submit your refund request via our contact form from your account email
- After 30 days, fees are generally non-refundable
- We may provide goodwill refunds in exceptional situations at our discretion
