If your account has an outstanding balance of $2.00 or more and no valid payment method on file, your account enters the late payment process.

|---|---|
| 1st | Invoice generated and payment attempted |
| 3rd | First payment reminder email |
| 7th | Second payment reminder email |
| 9th | Final payment reminder email and second charge attempt |

What Suspension Means
When your account is suspended on Day 10:
- All radio streams are stopped and listeners are disconnected
- All AutoDJ instances are paused
- You cannot create new services
- You are redirected to the payment page on login
Your data and configuration are preserved during suspension. You have 15 days to pay before permanent deletion.
Restore a Suspended Account
To restore your services after suspension:
- Log in to your CloudRadio account (you’ll be redirected to the payment page)
- Pay your outstanding balance in full
- Your services are restored automatically once the payment is processed
There is no manual step required after payment. Radios and AutoDJ instances come back online automatically.
Need More Time?
If you are unable to pay on time, contact us at least 3 days before the suspension date. We may grant a payment extension on a case-by-case basis.
Permanent Deletion
If your account remains suspended for 15 days (Day 25 after the invoice), all services are permanently deleted:
- Radio stations, configuration, and mount points are removed
- AutoDJ libraries and schedules are deleted
- Statistics and history are erased
- This cannot be undone
Your account remains accessible after deletion, but all services must be recreated from scratch.
Tip: Keep a valid credit card on file and monitor your balance to avoid service interruption. You can check your balance anytime on the Billing page.
