Promo codes apply credits to your account that are automatically used toward future invoices.
Redeem a Code
- Log in to your CloudRadio account
- Go to Billing from the user menu
- Enter your promo code in the redemption field
- Click Apply
Credits are added to your account immediately after redemption.
How Credits Are Applied
Promotional credits are applied automatically to future invoices:
- When your next invoice is generated, available credits are used to reduce the amount due
- The oldest expiring credits are used first
- A “Promotional Credit” line item appears on the invoice
- Any remaining balance after credits is charged to your payment method
- Credits are not applied to past or current invoices, only to new ones
View Your Credit Balance
Your available promotional credit balance appears on the Billing page, alongside your account balance.
Limits
- One redemption per code: each promo code can only be redeemed once per account
- Some codes have a maximum number of total redemptions across all accounts
- Some codes are restricted to new accounts only or accounts meeting specific criteria
- Codes are case-insensitive: “ABC123” and “abc123” are treated the same
Expiration
- Each promo code has an optional expiration date. Expired codes cannot be redeemed.
- Credits from a redeemed code may also have their own expiration period (e.g., 90 days after redemption)
- Expired credits are no longer applied to invoices
- Unused credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account
Tip: Redeem your promo code as soon as you receive it to maximize the credit duration.
